Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty quiet, a lot of preparing and studying for my upcoming NASM CPT exam. I also got back some great pictures from Juno’s fashion show! I shared on my Instagram if you wanna check em all out but here is my favorite <3
In my random survey, I discussed one of my top five exercises being….BURPEES. So, to start your week off with a bang, I’m going to share one of my favorite finishers full of my favorite exercise 🙂 If you are strapped for time, just try to get in this short workout a couple times throughout the day. A little movement is better than none.
It is a five minute EMOM, meaning every minute on the minute. Set a timer to ping every 60 seconds. Each time the timer pings, you start one of the exercises, resting until the following ping. Make sense? I love to pair it with a strength workout to give that cardio burst at the end.
