I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition L1 coach. But more importantly, I’m an eating disorder survivor of over 13 years. I’m living proof that reclaiming your life from constant thoughts of food, exercise, and being thin is possible.

For all of my teens and most of my early twenties, I fought for my life against anorexia. But even after I was ‘recovered,’ I still struggled to find ease and peace with food. I continued to punish myself by restricting my food and exercising more…until I just couldn’t take it anymore and binged on the weekends. My consistency journey has been a long one.

Embracing my restriction journey has allowed me to coach hundreds of women online over the last year and a half, and my battle with restriction helps me meet you where you’re at – because I’ve been there too.
